ROSS Begins Managing Admiral Place Apartments in Suitland, Md.

BETHESDA, Md., July 11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- ROSS Companies, a leader in multifamily property management, acquisition and renovation in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that it has assumed property management of Admiral Place Apartments (formerly Forest Village Apartment Homes) in Suitland, Md., on behalf of a recent purchaser. The 410-unit Admiral Place Apartments is a commuter-friendly apartment community within close proximity of downtown Washington, D.C.

ROSS will oversee renovations to the apartment homes and additional improvements and upgrades. Furthermore, the company will implement a more consumer-friendly operational strategy and revamp the community's digital marketing efforts to better position Admiral Place to meet the demand for quality housing in Suitland. Admiral Place marks the fourth management assignment ROSS has been awarded by the community's new owner.
