Guy Abramo
Chief Executive Officer, Cision
I’m Guy Abramo and I’m the Chief Executive Officer.
I am an accomplished leader and board director with experience spanning multiple industries including technology, financial services, and consulting. Most recently I served as CEO of HireRight, where I led its IPO in 2021 and its take-private transaction in 2024. Prior to HireRight, I held senior roles at organizations such as Experian, Tallan, Ingram Micro, KPMG Consulting, and Exxon/Mobil, consistently delivering transformative growth, innovative solutions, and operational excellence.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and an MBA from Georgetown University. I’m known for my collaborative leadership style and commitment to empowering teams to succeed.

Matthew Brown

Matt Brown is President of PR Newswire. He has spent his career leading businesses and teams in the information services, FinTech, and news industries, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Matt joined PR Newswire from Signal AI, where he served as President, Americas & Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, he held commercial leadership and GM roles at Thomson Reuters and Nasdaq, where he was Global Head of Sales of the Corporate Solutions business unit. He also enjoys an active interest in the early-stage tech ecosystem where he has had the pleasure to invest in and advise numerous exceptional, high-velocity businesses.
Matt graduated with a BA in Philosophy from Trinity College in Connecticut, is an active traveler and hiker, and lives in New York with his son.

Elgar Welch
President, CisionOne
Elgar Welch is President of CisionOne and leads the company's global media monitoring division. Elgar joined Cision in April 2022 from Streem where he served as co-founder and CEO, leading the business from start-up to funding and through to acquisition, and overseeing an operation that grew to 150+ staff and over 700 customers across the APAC region. Before founding Streem, he was an adviser in the Office of the Prime Minister (Australia), an experience that served as a driving force behind the creation of Streem for the PR and Communications market.
Today at Cision, he is charged with the global roll-out of CisionOne, our market-leading media monitoring, analytics, and reporting platform. He oversees the Sales, Product, Engineering, Upgrades, and Media Data functions of CisionOne, enabling them to build out a highly-tuned, customer-driven platform – a philosophy that has been carried through from the success of Streem in the APAC region.
He resides in Sydney, Australia, travels often, and in his downtime spends a great deal of time either sailing on his city's harbor or skiing at the nearest ski field depending on the season or where he's located.

Stephen Boyes
Chief Revenue Officer, Cision
I’m Steve Boyes, Chief Revenue Officer at Cision, where I lead our global commercial strategy and teams with a focus on delivering sustainable growth and value for our customers, communities, employees, and investors.
I bring more than 30 years of experience in fintech, MarTech, and media, having helped some of the world’s most successful organizations achieve transformative outcomes through enterprise data, SaaS technology platforms, and marketing solutions.
Highlights of my career include leading the global sales and service support functions of a $6bn revenue enterprise, founding and scaling a digital media startup to multi-million dollar annual revenues and millions of daily users, and building a new solutions business at Thomson Reuters that grew threefold to reach $1bn in revenue.
At my core, I’m a teacher and coach — recognized as a Top 50 Leading Light in the UK for kindness in business leadership (2018) and a Top 100 Global Sales Leader (2022).

Andy Bhojwani
Chief Information Officer, Cision
Andy Bhojwani serves as Cision’s Chief Information Officer. He is a recognized leader in the private equity and privately held business sectors and is known for his expertise in large-scale digital transformation and enterprise modernization. With extensive international experience in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, he brings a global perspective to his role.
Before joining Cision, he served as the CIO at Transcendia, a company owned by Goldman Sachs. During his time there, he played a key role in streamlining enterprise resource planning (ERP), optimizing operational processes, aligning technical solutions with business objectives, and designing cloud computing infrastructure. These efforts significantly improved the company’s operations and application efficiency. His career also includes senior technology positions at Composites One, Essendant, and W.W. Grainger.
Andy earned his M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and he lives in Chicago alongside his three children. Outside of work, he is an avid fan of basketball and passionate about music.

Jim Daxner
Chief Product Officer & Head of Strategy, Cision
I’m Jim Daxner, Chief Product Officer & Head of Strategy at Cision, where I lead the development of innovative products and strategic initiatives that drive business growth. With over 20 years of experience in tech-enabled services and FinTech, I’m passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions, expanding market opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency.
I’ve spearheaded product strategy and business transformation at companies like HireRight, Digital Trusted Identity Services (DTIS), and Affinion Group, where I helped scale product portfolios, launch new revenue streams, and optimize go-to-market strategies. I thrive in high-performance cultures, fostering collaboration across teams to bring ideas to life.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying ahead of emerging technology trends and exploring ways to apply innovation to real-world business challenges.

Jeff Mullins

With experience spanning North America, Europe, and APAC, I’ve held leadership roles at HireRight, Microsoft, and AlixPartners, where I specialized in developing enterprise platforms, optimizing tech investments, and integrating AI-powered automation. I have a strategic, results-oriented approach, helping organizations modernize their technology infrastructure and gain a competitive edge.

Chris Kim

I’m Chris Kim, Chief People Officer at Cision. My focus is on building a high-performing, people-centered culture that supports our continued growth and transformation around the world. With more than 20 years of experience in organizational strategy, talent development, and change leadership, I’m passionate about creating environments where people and business thrive together.
Before joining Cision, I was a Principal at Platinum Equity, where I led the Human Capital Management team and partnered closely with Cision’s leadership across talent strategy, compensation, operations, and organizational design. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 companies on workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Originally from the East Coast, I studied at the Binghamton University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing, and coaching my sons’ wrestling and football teams.

Matthew Robarge

I'm Matt Robarge, Chief Financial Officer at Cision. I lead our global finance organization with a focus on operational excellence, business alignment, and enabling scalable growth. With a background in both public accounting and corporate finance, I bring a practical, results-driven approach to building high-performing, efficient financial operations.
Throughout my career, I’ve overseen a wide range of functions, including general ledger, order-to-cash, financial reporting, tax, treasury, sourcing, and payroll—supporting teams across 11 countries. My work has been centered on transformation initiatives, from ERP and system migrations to process automation and acquisition integration, consistently driving cost savings and long-term efficiency gains.
Based in North Carolina, I enjoy DIY projects, traveling with my family, and cheering on my Virginia Tech Hokies football team—where my wife and I met during our college years.

Dylan Marvin

I'm Dylan Marvin, Chief Customer Officer at Cision, where I lead our teams in helping customers maximize the value of our platform and services. We guide the entire post-sales journey, from onboarding and customer success to support and professional services and operations.
Throughout my career, I've held global leadership roles across B2B and B2C technology and media companies, spanning both legal and operational functions. Prior to Cision, I was the Chief Administrative and Legal Office for Brandwatch, covering Legal, Privacy, Facilities, IT, Rev Ops, and the People Team.
I hold a BA from Occidental College and Law degrees from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and University College London. I live in New York with my wife and our dog. In my spare time I love playing basketball, reading, roasting coffee, and a nice cocktail.

Gianna Jackson

I am an accomplished revenue leader with more than 25 years in the MarTech, digital experience, customer experience, and AI ecosystem. I’ve held senior roles at Interwoven, Autonomy, HP, OpenText, and InMoment—leading GTM transformations, rebuilding pricing and packaging, and driving enterprise agreements that delivered durable growth and record results. Known for my high-energy, collaborative leadership style, I build teams where clarity and culture come first—because when customer outcomes win, revenue follows.
I hold a B.B.A. from the University of San Diego. Outside of work, I serve on the Board of CASA of Monterey County and as a Patroness with the National Charity League. I live in Carmel, California with my husband and two daughters.

I’m Lexi Britton, Head of Strategy at Cision. I lead our enterprise transformation and global strategy, partnering with the Executive Leadership Team to define direction, strengthen our market position, and ensure disciplined execution across the company.
Before joining Cision, I built my career helping Fortune 500 companies and global organizations turn strategy into impact—leading major transformations and growth initiatives that delivered measurable results. I’ve also held leadership roles with WorkBoard, Palladium and partnered with organizations including the United Nations and International Finance Corporation.
Known for bringing clarity and connection, I help people see the bigger picture, align around shared goals, and feel empowered to deliver results that matter.
Educated at Columbia University and Northwestern University, I live outside Chicago with my husband, two young children, and our goldendoodle.
