New Version of HostBill Enables Hosting Providers to Sell Global Public Cloud Using 55 Locations on the OnApp Federation

OnApp and HostBill have announced a new way for hosting companies to launch a global public cloud service without having to buy their own cloud infrastructure. HostBill is one of the most popular e-commerce and client management platforms for hosting companies, and the latest version is fully integrated with the OnApp Federation - a global network of on-demand clouds. Now HostBill clients can use any or all of those clouds as part of their hosting service - either extending their local clouds with OnApp's global network, or becoming a VSP (Virtual Service Provider) and sourcing all of their cloud infrastructure from the OnApp Federation.

The OnApp Federation has more than 55 compute cloud locations across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific: more than Amazon, Google and Microsoft combined. Each location is available on a pay-per-use basis, with different performance tiers for development workloads, production workloads and enterprise workloads.
