Military Belt Now Fashionable on Women
A Canadian Startup is bringing back the Sam Browne Belt, for women.
TORONTO, June 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The shoulder strapped Sam Browne Belt used to be common in military and police uniforms. It has mostly fallen out of official use. Based in the Toronto area, Heldin Belt has redesigned the Sam Browne. Currently available in black, red or pink, it is aimed squarely at women.

Sometimes called a Sally Browne on women, the belt is largely unknown among the civilian population. No other company sells fashion Sally Browne's for women. And this one won't be mistaken for anything else. With gold buckles and gold printing, the belt blends feminine style with a military stance.
The unique look is based on two features. The waist belt cinches the waist and the shoulder strap emphasizes the bust.
The Heldin Belt can be used either as a waist belt, or a Sally Browne. The shoulder strap is removable. This versatility will help women adjust to this new type of accessory. The shoulder strap goes across their bust, almost like a crossbody purse. The cleavage defining shoulder strap draws attention to the bust and is a key selling point.
The startup is currently taking online orders and is expected to start shipping in August 2016. Heldin Belt was started in 2016 with one purpose, to create fashion that other firms aren't making. A stylish Sally Browne Belt for women is just the beginning.
