Health Commons Project is a nonprofit, mission-based organization focused on helping kids and families across Washington state get equitable access to health and social care in the neighborhood that they live. We deliver on our mission by helping neighborhood care providers (such as schools/fire departments and public hospitals) set up the information networks, compliance and braided funding they need to deliver and sustain their services.
