ZS Associates Elects Jaideep Bajaj as Chairman

EVANSTON, Ill., Aug. 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Global sales and marketing consulting firm ZS Associates announced today that former managing director Jaideep Bajaj has been elected chairman of the company's board of directors.

Bajaj, 48, completed his firm-maximum term as managing director on June 30. He has been with ZS Associates since 1986 and served as a member of the company's board since 2003. In his new role as chairman, he will represent shareholder interests by shaping long-term strategy and innovation for client services, and by guiding firm investment in new offerings, industries and markets. Bajaj, who began the three-year term on July 1, will continue to commit most of his time to client engagements.

Bajaj earned a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in operations research from Columbia University, and an MBA in marketing and finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
