ZOOM+Prime is for people who want to prevent or reverse chronic illness such as diabetes, autoimmune disease and heart disease using food, movement and relationships as medicine. It departs from the status quo of reactive acute care and prescription drugs to a proactive emphasis on personalized health coaching. The innovative primary care platform includes medical care via video and email, and health coaching and classes at the ZOOM+Prime Health Training Center.

It even includes a visit to New Seasons grocery store next door for a lesson on shopping for a plant-based diet.
