Zohar Swaine Joins PCS Retirement as Chief Operations Officer

Zohar will spearhead the buildout of the Operations and Technology infrastructure in support of growth strategies.

Prior to Mink Hollow, Zohar served as Managing Director of Institutional Strategy and Product for TD Ameritrade.
