The ultimate in 'grab and go,' Zoes Fresh Take tubs include Hummus, Seasonal Fruit Salad, Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Chicken Salad, Marinated Slaw and Pimento Cheese. The featured recipes use Zoes Fresh Take tubs as key ingredients to make dinner, parties and snack time more fun for everyone. Zoes Fresh Take tubs are available in the restaurant's cooler section in all 62 locations beginning July 10. From July 10 – September 3, guests can receive one free tub with the purchase of two tubs of any kind.

Zoes will release a series of original Fresh Take recipes that can be downloaded online and through a quick response (QR) code in stores. Guests can pick up tubs of the featured ingredient from Zoes' coolers and create the Fresh Take recipe for their family and friends at home. All of the recipes follow Zoes' Mediterranean inspired menu with a dose of Southern comfort. Among the first recipes is a Mediterranean Layered Hummus Dip. Zoes Hummus adds an authentic touch to any Mediterranean dip. To make this recipe, layer tomatoes with basil, cucumbers and feta cheese on Zoes' Hummus. Top with olives and a drizzle of olive oil. For added flavor, sprinkle the dip with Zoes Spice of Life, a signature blend of Mediterranean spices.
Additional featured recipes include a Pasta Bake, Chicken Salad Casserole, Breakfast Hash, Pimento Cheese Biscuits, Fish Tacos with Slaw, Pimento Cheeseburger and something fun for the kids: Fruit Kabobs & Peachy Dip.
