DALLAS, July 27, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ashley Cook, CEO of Dallas-based ZOCCAM, has announced the company's new Chief Operating Officer, Wayne Norton.  With a career spanning over 30 years and a primary focus in the financial services field, Norton has held leadership positions in title, mortgage and property/casualty insurance industries. In his role as COO, Norton will focus on strategically expanding business channels and operations by leveraging his national experience and business relationships.
