Zippo earns ISO 9001:2008 certification

BRADFORD, Pa., May 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Zippo Manufacturing Company, maker of the iconic Zippo Windproof Lighter and a growing line of lifestyle and outdoor products, is pleased to announce it has earned ISO 9001:2008 certification by meeting international standards for quality management systems at the company's manufacturing facility in Bradford, Pennsylvania.

Zippo's manufacturing management system was registered as ISO 9001:2008 compliant following an in-depth audit process conducted by NSF International, an internationally accredited third party registrar headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
