SEATTLE, Jan. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The recipient of ZINO Society's 2010 $50,000 ZINO Marketplace Investment Forum Fund is J&D's Foods, Inc.  J&D's Foods was one of 12 early-stage companies selected by ZINO Society, in the area of consumer products and services, eligible for the fund.  J&D's Foods was selected after a period of due diligence by ZINO Society fund investors.  They were competing with three other fund finalists selected at the November 17, 2010 ZINO Marketplace Investment Forum where all 12 entrepreneurs presented their business plans to angel investors and forum attendees.

J&D's Foods is best known for Bacon Salt (R), Baconnaise(R) and BaconPOP(R) microwave popcorn. Most recently, the company launched Country Style Bacon Gravy Mix and Bacon Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix, and is experiencing major expansion with a successful nationwide launch of BaconPOP at Kroger, an upcoming launch of Baconnaise at Walmart stores and placement of Bacon Salt on the tables of one of the world's largest family dining restaurant chains.
