Zeta Interactive Names Minna Rhee as CEO
Leading full-service interactive marketing agency taps industry veteran to drive company's strategy, continued growth
NEW YORK, Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Zeta Interactive, a full-service, integrated digital marketing agency combining industry-leading talents and creative strategies with innovative channel solutions, today announced the appointment of Minna Rhee as the company's new chief executive officer, effective immediately. Ms. Rhee replaces Al DiGuido.
Ms. Rhee has held senior leadership positions in digital marketing, strategy, operations, and consulting across a variety of industries. She joins from Organic, Inc., a New York-based digital communications agency, where she managed the growth of the New York and London offices.

Minna Rhee's career spans various industries and geographies, having worked in banking and consulting in Asia and the United States before embarking on a career in digital marketing, strategy and operations. As the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Organic, Minna was responsible for the management, growth and development of the New York and London offices, overseeing its clients, talent and teams. She was a key member of the management team that set strategy and vision for an integrated market offering for the company. Prior to Organic, she was a client director at Razorfish, a digital marketing and design company, where she led the life sciences practice and worked with clients that included Boston Scientific, Cigna and New England Journal of Medicine. Prior to that, Minna was a Vice President and General Manager for Viant, a full-service digital agency, where she oversaw the New York pharmaceuticals practice and helped a number of Global 2000 companies develop and implement successful digital strategies. She managed Viant's Chicago, Washington, D.C. and Dallas businesses as well as overseeing large accounts such as Sears, Lucent and Pfizer.
Prior to her career in marketing, Minna was a management consultant covering primarily the hi-tech and telecommunications industries and a banker and credit analyst in Asia. She holds an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business.
