The milestone comes as insurers and regulators work to maintain coverage availability in markets increasingly affected by weather volatility. By assessing individual properties rather than broader geographic averages, ZestyAI's models can recognize mitigation, align price more closely with risk, and give carriers and regulators greater visibility into how that risk is assessed.

Each approval represents a state Department of Insurance reviewing a ZestyAI model within a carrier filing and accepting its use in rating or underwriting. The approvals span personal and commercial property lines and reflect both new adoption and carriers expanding ZestyAI models into additional states, perils, and programs.

They include the first AI model approved as part of a carrier rate filing for wildfire in California, where property-specific intelligence has since supported new capacity in a market where homeowners have faced constrained options.
