Pati Piro-Bosley, Senior Vice President, Client Relations to lead company's Portland, Oregon and Western U.S. expansion

TAMPA, Fla., June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Zenith American Solutions® (Zenith) is excited to welcome back an expert Client Relations Executive, Pati Piro-Bosley as Senior Vice President in its new Portland, Oregon office.

Piro-Bosley is a dynamic and highly respected leader in third party administration in the Western U.S. and will be responsible for establishing a new presence in the greater Portland metropolitan area.

As a member of Zenith's senior leadership team, Piro-Bosley will report to Art Schultz, the company's Chief Executive Officer. "Pati's extensive knowledge and experience working with Taft-Hartley Funds in the Western U.S. gives her a unique perspective on the needs of workers and clients in the region. We are proud that Pati is returning to the Zenith family and that we can now work together to reestablish our presence in the Beaver State and in the West," said Schultz.

Piro-Bosley comes most recently from another Third-Party Administrator in the Northwest where she had overall account and operations responsibility for their Northwest Regional Office, served as Executive Vice President, and participated in the Executive Committee. Previously, Piro-Bosley worked for Zenith American Solutions (formerly Zenith Administrators) serving Taft-Hartley plans. Piro-Bosley serves as a management trustee on a large multi-employer Taft-Hartley pension trust, and has experience as an expert witness for ERISA cases. Piro-Bosley has twenty-nine years' experience in all phases of Taft-Hartley Fund administration and holds a B.S. from Colorado State University.
