Zelosport's Finger Football® Games up U.S. Military Both at Home and Abroad
Game Maker Zelosport Donates A Piece of Americana to the Troops
NORTH CANTON, Ohio, Feb. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- From the living room table to Fort Hood, Texas and now Iraq, Zelosport's Finger Football® is spreading its tradition of fun and educational gaming further than ever before. Zelosport and Suarez Corporation Industries (SCI) are now bringing the award winning game to U.S. military stations throughout the world. Originally embraced by the U.S. Military in Texas, Finger Football has recently been delivered to Army training officials and ESL teachers in Iraq.
Making a big splash this year at the U.S. Military Base in Fort Hood, Finger Football has garnered even more stress reducing, focus sharpening, and skill building accolades from professional reviewers. To date, there have been two successful Fort Hood tournaments; an after school program for children and a Super Bowl challenge. The tournaments have only further reinforced the therapeutic value and exciting appeal that the legendary game provides – even in the most serious of environments. Following the national pride and family values Finger Football was created upon; Zelosport and SCI have initiated a program to bring their game to the U.S. Military stationed in Iraq.
With a shipment of games delivered in early February 2011, the goal is to implement Finger Football into a wide array of educational programs and leisure activities. ESL instructors in Iraq are eagerly anticipating the green light to utilize the resource in the classroom with their American Language course students.
Zelosport and Suarez Corporation Industries are spreading not only joy, but also learning with the Finger Football's debut in Iraq.
