• Northeast/Mid-Atlantic Regional LTL Category: New Penn received its 16th Quest for Quality award in the past 18 years for regional excellence.
• Midwest/North Central Regional LTL Category: Holland received its 26th consecutive Quest for Quality award for regional services.
• Western Regional LTL Category: Reddaway received the Quest for Quality award for the 18th time.
• Expedited Motor Carriers Category:  Additional recognition was granted to both New Penn and Holland for the quality of their expedited services. This was the second time in the past three years that New Penn received this award; the fourth consecutive year for Holland.
• Third-Party Logistics Category: YRC Worldwide was recognized with a Quest for Quality award for logistics services.
