YouSendIt Appoints New CFO and Vice Presidents

CAMPBELL, Calif., June 1 /PRNewswire/ -- YouSendIt, the number-one secure Web-based digital file delivery company, today announced the appointment of Renee Budig to Chief Financial Officer. In addition to a new CFO, YouSendIt also appointed Brian Curry to Vice President, Product and Business Strategy and Josh Stevens to Vice President, Sales and Marketing.  The new executive team members add a combined 50 years of experience to the company's leadership and bring additional focus on accelerating the growth of YouSendIt's core business and penetration of new markets.

Renee Budig

Budig comes to YouSendIt from Netflix, where she was the Vice President of Finance for four years. While with Netflix, Budig oversaw all aspects of accounting and reporting, treasury and tax, and successfully raised $200 million in public debt offering for Netflix.  During her more than 25 year career, Budig has held multiple executive level positions, including Vice President, Treasury and Investor Relations at VERITAS Software where she developed the company's investor relations program and a profitable investment portfolio strategy. Prior to VERITAS, Renee was the vice president of finance at Quantum Corporation where she was responsible for investor relations and overseeing the company's worldwide treasury initiatives.

Budig replaces Judy Shao, who has been with YouSendIt for three years.  Shao will be relocating to her beach house full-time to pursue community interests and global travels.  

Brian Curry

As Vice President, Product and Business Strategy at YouSendIt, Curry brings 15 years of experience to the position and will undertake responsibility for new market penetration, key partnerships, and product strategy. Curry joins YouSendIt from Yahoo!, where he was Vice President of Corporate Partnerships. While at Yahoo!, Curry managed joint partnerships with Comcast, eBay, Walmart, Turner Broadcasting and Adobe among others.

Josh Stevens

As Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Support at YouSendIt, Stevens is charged with generating consumer and enterprise demand for the company's products and services, as well as customer support.  Prior to YouSendIt, Stevens served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Business Affairs at TicketsNow. At TicketsNow he was responsible for increasing consumer and advertiser demand through strategic partnerships with media, content and e-commerce partners. Before TicketsNow, Stevens spent 10 years at AOL with Corporate Development and Business Affairs, focused on e-commerce.

Budig, Curry and Stevens join a seasoned YouSendIt management team consisting of Silicon Valley veterans Ivan Koon,  CEO; Ranjith Kumaran, Founder and CTO; Arun Prakash, Vice President of Corporate Marketing; and Gary Chevsky, Vice President of Product Development and Operations.
