Yelp Announces Date of First Quarter 2012 Financial Results

(NYSE: YELP), a community-led local search site, today announced  that it will issue its financial results for first quarter ended March 31, 2012 after the market close on Wednesday, May 2, 2012.  Yelp will host a conference call to discuss the results at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time) on the same day.
