Average 92% increase in clicks for Yellow Pages' small businesses using BBM

Yellow Pages needed a way to provide their small business customers with a marketing solution that produced noticeable results in the form of website visits and phone calls to their business. The local search company also needed to ensure their account managers were effectively spending the small businesses' entire advertising budgets without experiencing overspend or exhaustion. But managing 1000s of budgets and clients so precisely, while increasing clicks and calls without increasing cost per conversion was something even an expert like Yellow Pages struggled with.
Yellow Pages tested out Acquisio's Bid & Budget Management solution with 32 of their small business clients and soon reported dramatic improvements across nearly all accounts. Calculating the monthly average per account, the local businesses saw an average 92% increase in clicks with BBM and a 66% decrease in CPC. YP's trial with BBM also generated a significant increase in conversions, measured in phone calls. There was an average 33% increase in calls for the local businesses tested and a 15% decrease in the cost per call across all accounts.
