Yaz Nakayama Joins Sharp® Imaging and Information Company of America as Associate Vice President, Strategy Development and Execution
MAHWAH, N.J., Jan. 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sharp Electronics Corporation announced that Yaz Nakayama has joined Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America (SIICA) as Associate Vice President, Strategy Development and Execution. In this new position, Nakayama will be responsible for driving the strategic planning process to prioritize and execute key growth initiatives within the organization. Nakayama has spent several years in business strategy consulting roles, most recently serving as a Director at BTS USA Ltd., a leading strategy and implementation firm using customized business simulations and experimental learning solutions to complement growth strategies. He reports directly to Doug Albregts, President, Sharp Imaging and Information Company of America.

Nakayama holds a MBA degree from the Darden Graduate School of Business (University of Virginia) with an undergraduate degree from Hosei University in Tokyo.
