Inc. marks its fourth consecutive year showcasing its namesake probiotic drink and its ground-breaking research at the nation's largest annual gathering of dietitians. The American Dietetic Association's 2011 Food and Nutrition Conference & Expo (ADA FNCE) in San Diego will attract an estimated 10,000 dietitians from around the country and each will have the opportunity to meet with Yakult representatives (Booth #521) and learn about the gold-standard clinical trials supporting the company's proprietary probiotic strain, Lactobacillus casei Shirota. Also in store for the event is a special book signing by Jo Ann Hattner, MPH, RD, author of "Gut Insight" and a fun photo opportunity with Yakult's life-sized bottle mascot, "Ken".

Yakult is a delicious citrus-tasting cultured dairy beverage that contains around 8 billion L.casei Shirota probiotic strains per 2.7oz bottle.
