XO Communications Joins DBR360's 360Exchange

FAIRFAX, Va., May 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DBR360, the leading Network as a Service (NaaS) provider for enterprises and carriers, announced today that XO Communications has joined the 360Exchange, delivering extensive last mile connectivity options for the 360Exchange's domestic and international community.
