LAS VEGAS, March 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- XLI Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK: XLIT) (the "Company" or "XLI") is pleased to announce that it has expanded its recently announced exclusive distribution and marketing rights agreement (the "Agreement") with Bosch Technologies, LLC ("BTL") to include additional products. As previously stated, BTL has acquired these distribution rights from Triton Solar, LLC ("Triton").
Per the Agreement, XLI Technologies, Inc. will have the exclusive marketing and distribution rights to some of BTL additional products, including the Printed LightSheets, Printed Solar Panels and Printed Batteries, for the Caribbean Islands excluding Cuba. The Caribbean Islands encompasses 121 countries including US Virgin Islands, Barbados, Bonaire, the Cayman Islands, Saint Croix, the Bahamas, Hispaniola, Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Dominica, Montserrat, Saba, Saint Kitts, Saint Lucia, Saint Thomas, Saint John, Tortola, Grenada, Saint Vincent, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Trinidad & Tobago. James Schramm, CEO of XLI Technologies, Inc., stated, "Aside from their amazing media deals, Bosch Technologies acquires license distribution rights for some of the most exciting new technologies that I've come across over the last few years. Now this new agreement gives us the exclusive rights to distribute and market the other equally exciting technologies in other parts of the world. Bosch Technologies will support XLI Technologies, develop new opportunities from our growing product lineup and expanded geographic outlook."
"We executed this Agreement with Bosch in order to capitalize on the opportunity to market and distribute these additional products in the Caribbean as several parties have shown an interest in purchasing our new lineup of products. In order to streamline distribution to these areas, BTL will assist in the sales, networking and expedite fulfillment to readily complete shipments and orders there in the near future," concluded Schramm.
The technologies covered by the agreement include:
Printed Solar Panels
These Solar Panels utilize nanotechnology to create lightweight printable solar panels. Featuring windows that are clear and functional from both directions. This allows sunlight to pass through while generating electricity, even in conditions of low and ambient lighting.
Printed Batteries
These Printed Batteries are a printed power source designed to be produced onto a thin, flexible material with flexible construction, which can thereafter be retrofitted onto printed solar panels and lighting.
Printed Lighting
This lighting technology provides the world with a new method of efficient illumination. Printed LightSheets can be used in a wide variety of products including, but not limited to, retail signs, promotional signs, restaurant menus, road signs, etc. The Printed Lights produce 600-800 lumens depending on size, which can range from one square inch to 800 square feet. Despite the provided brightness, the lights only consume .0625 watts per square foot and have a life span of 80,000-100,000 hours.
