XLI Technologies, Inc. Acquires Marketing Rights to the Exclusive TrailerSpots In-Theater On-Screen Promotional Marketing Platform
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- XLI Technologies, Inc. (OTC PINK: XLIT) (the "Company" or "XLI") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bosch International, LLC, has reached an agreement to acquire the marketing rights to TrailerSpots, an innovative in-theatre video advertising platform. TrailerSpots were developed by Bosch Technologies, LLC, also licensor of XLI's printed LightSheets lighting products.
TrailerSpots are 30 second musical presentations, which can play on the big screen (after the lights are turn down). TrailerSpots utilize only 30 seconds of the movie theaters time slot that they use to Plug their Movie Theater Company, to welcome everyone, to remind everyone to be quiet and to turn off cell phones, etc… This program is available in almost all movie cinemas across USA and Canada. For the first time ever, an innovative, emotional and powerful vehicle for products (companies) and services to deliver an emotional message to movie audiences in a way that has never been done before (Directed Imagination). TrailerSpots are presented in the same format and quality as the actual theatrical movie trailers. This is also an opportunity for the movie studios to add TrailerSpots to their marketing because they will not need to take it down when their movie comes out. Yes, a game changer. A movie studio can now have their movie playing (released) on one screen and have TrailerSpots presenting the same movie on the other screens at the same time. TrailerSpots utilize all of the in-theatre audio and video enhancements including 3D as the studios use to present their movie and movie trailers. TrailerSpots can be original works produced in-house by Bosch Technologies or using existing material that has already been produced. COMPLETE EXCLUSIVITY PER SCREEN: Since there is only one TrailerSpot per screen available, inventory is limited.
James Schramm, CEO of XLI Technologies, Inc., commented, "For many movie goers, watching the latest theatrical trailers before the feature presentation has become one of the most memorable parts of the movie going experience. Through the use of creative design, musical presentations and expert video/audio production, TrailerSpots are able to seamlessly tap into this positive experience to deliver our customer's message in a very compelling and emotional way while actually adding to the overall enjoyment of the movie. In the future, we hope to see TrailerSpots playing on numerous theater screens across the United States and Canada."
Schramm concluded, "With this goal in mind, the testing stage of TrailerSpots has been successfully completed and we are now ready to roll out our revenue model. Based on our initial discussions with potential theatre chains, we anticipate TrailerSpots slots available to advertisers on select screens in the next 30-60 days."
