Ltd (Xizi Otis) has recently been re-awarded the contract to provide maintenance services for all 110 Otis escalators at Beijing South Railway Station. The contract is a result of Xizi Otis' "Back-Home Inspection Program," which offers complimentary inspection services for Xizi Otis elevators and escalators in China. Xizi Otis supplied all escalators installed at Beijing South Railway Station and provided maintenance services for four years after it opened in August 2008. As a key railway hub in China, Beijing South Railway Station is one of the largest and busiest within China's high-speed rail networks, covering 320,000 square meters in floor area. For a major transportation facility with significant daily passenger flow, the quality of escalator maintenance is essential to ensure passenger safety.
As part of the Xizi Otis "Back-Home Inspection Program" launched in 2014, the Xizi Otis service team has been proactively providing counseling and support services to Beijing South Railway Station to enhance the reliability of its escalators. The renewed service agreement with the Station will provide quality maintenance service to further protect the safety of the riding public.
