PARSIPPANY, N.J., May 12, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Wyndham Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: WYN) announced today its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock, payable June 10, 2011 to shareholders of record as of May 26, 2011.
