WXYZ-TV dominates competition with eleven total local Emmy Awards

The Station Excellence Emmy Award is especially noteworthy, as WXYZ-TV has now swept all three of the highest honors for Michigan television stations this year: the Michigan Association of Broadcasters "Station of the Year" Award, the Michigan AP Broadcasters Association "General Excellence" Award and now the NATAS Michigan Chapter Emmy "Station Excellence" Award.
