WW Chief Digital Officer Michael Lysaght To Head Newly Structured Product And Technology Teams
Chief Technology Officer Rodrigo Oliveira to lead global technology teams and initiatives with new Chief Product Officer Lucinda Newcomb leading member experiences across all digital channels

(NASDAQ: WW), a global wellness company powered by the world's leading commercial weight management program, announced today that as part of its continued focus on attracting top talent to catapult its digital innovation, the company has made key leadership changes within Product and Technology to deliver a best-in-class digital experience for its members.
Key leadership changes include:
- Michael Lysaght, who began his tenure in 2014, served as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Chief Technology Officer and became Chief Digital Officer in 2019. He will drive strategy in partnership with key business functions and identify long-term growth initiatives while continuing to lead WW's digital innovation across Product and Technology. Lysaght has an innate knowledge of product and technology and is poised to drive impactful outcomes for WW members.
- Rodrigo Oliveira, who has made valuable contributions since joining WW in 2015 as Senior Director of Engineering, evidenced by the award-winning, 4.8-star WW mobile app. Oliveira will continue his role as Chief Technology Officer, elevating the technology organization and focusing ownership on Activity within the WW wellness ecosystem.
- Lucinda Newcomb joins the company as Chief Product Officer and a member of the Executive Committee. She will lead the Product team on owning WW member experience across mobile, web and other digital channels, reporting directly to Michael Lysaght. Newcomb is a veteran technology-experience leader with a proven track record in digital, product, and eCommerce solutions. She joins WW from Walmart eCommerce, where she was VP of Personalization and Discovery. Prior to Walmart, Lucinda spent five years on the Product Team at Sephora, most recently as VP, Digital Product, leading product management and design for their digital suite. Lucinda has also held product leadership positions at Lonely Planet, Gap and Yahoo!.
