WTAS Welcomes New Director to Washington, D.C. Commercial Practice

WASHINGTON, May 9, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Dean Peterson joined WTAS as a Director in the commercial practice in the Washington, D.C. office.

Dean has over 18 years of experience in professional tax and accounting services. His practice area focuses on private equity, government contractors, manufacturers, international renewable energy projects and professional services firms. He has extensive experience consulting on complex tax matters resulting from business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, debt investments, revenue share arrangements, and equity participation arrangements.
