Aaron Hawthorne was promoted to Managing Director in the Washington, D.C. office of WTAS after seven years of service with the Private Client Services Practice. Hawthorne has over 15 years of experience in the tax industry. His primary areas of expertise include family wealth planning as well as cross-border compliance and planning. Before joining WTAS, he spent five years in the personal financial services group of an international professional services firm in the Washington, D.C. region. He also practiced law for over three years with a mid-size law firm in Savannah, Georgia.

Firmwide, WTAS promoted a total of 51 employees this January including four Managing Directors, 12 Directors, 6 Sr. Managers, 13 Managers and 16 Sr. Associates.
