Bartlett has joined as its Senior Vice President to lead the Civil Geotechnical Division. Charles has had a distinguished career working at Burns & McDonnell, Coastal Caisson Corporation, Bauer and most recently Malcolm Drilling Company.
Charles has completed a wide variety of geotechnical construction projects in the Southeast including drilled shafts, ACIP, displacement piles, grout columns, deep and shallow soil mixing, grouting, minipiles and anchors. Charles is known and respected in the industry for his innovative subsurface foundation designs; problem solving and successful implementation of deep soil mixing methods often involving re-design of tooling to better meet the needs and challenges posed by a project.
