Wren Names Jack Nichols CFO, Promotes Two Executives
Wren Solutions has tapped veteran corporate executive Jack Nichols to be its chief financial officer and promoted two executives internally
ATLANTA, Feb. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wren Solutions, a leading loss prevention technology provider, today announced the appointment of a new CFO and the promotion of two executives. John H. "Jack" Nichols has joined the Wren team as chief financial officer. Mark Kunze has been promoted to the position of general manager, Jefferson City facility; and Bret Rachlin has been named vice president of marketing.
Nichols brings to Wren a rich history of financial and operational management experience across the telecommunications, software and retail industries. Most recently, he served as CFO at Oversight Systems, a leading supplier of transaction-monitoring software. Prior to working with Oversight Systems, Jack served as CFO of Datawire Communication Networks, a global transaction delivery network provider with operations in Toronto and Atlanta. Under Jack's leadership, the company experienced rapid growth and was successfully sold to First Data Corporation. Previously, Jack completed a private placement equity offering as Vice President of Finance and CFO for NetSchools Corporation. In addition, Jack led a successful IPO and a subsequent secondary public offering for Innotrac Corporation, a provider of fulfillment and call center services.

In his new role, he is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, driving demand generation and supporting new business development strategies.
Kunze has also been with Wren since 2005 and served as the company's director of finance and administration prior to this promotion. An industry veteran, Kunze previously served as Controller for Metal Culverts, Inc. for nearly 12 years. Prior to Metal Culverts, Kunze spent 11 years at Modern Business Systems, Inc. where he was Assistant Controller. In his new role, Kunze is responsible for all operations in Wren's Jefferson City headquarters facility.
