Wounded Warriors Family Support Offering Combat Wounded Reserved Parking Signs to Businesses Nationwide
OMAHA, Neb., May 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Wounded Warriors Family Support, an Omaha-based non-profit organization, is offering Combat Wounded reserved parking signs free of charge to businesses across the nation as a public service.
"The reserved parking signs honor those who gave the full measure of devotion to their country," said Col. John Folsom, founder of Wounded Warriors Family Support. "We want to give businesses across the nation the opportunity to honor that service and sacrifice on a daily basis with a parking space specially designated for soldiers awarded the Purple Heart."
Businesses that receive the Combat Wounded reserved parking signs are asked to properly erect them in front of parking spaces close to their entry. The signs are not meant to be collectors' items or keepsakes.
