Worthy Hires Chief Technology Officer
Amir Zilberman, Executive behind AOL Video and Showbox.com, will lead Worthy Technology and Engineering Teams
NEW YORK, Nov. 13, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Worthy announces the appointment of Amir Zilberman to Chief Technology Officer. Amir will lead and accelerate Worthy's evolution as a world-class, fully integrated technology organization.
Amir will lead the engineering team and be instrumental in setting the technical vision of the company. Amir will be responsible for the technical innovation, design for scale, and speed into product delivery for Worthy sellers and buyers.

With over twenty years experience, Amir has been at the forefront of online video, as CTO for AOL Video (part of Verizon) and most recently as CEO for Showbox.com, a technology platform creating studio quality videos. Amir's experience spans web companies, media companies, e-commerce, enterprise software.
Amir joins Founder and Chief Executive Officer Benny De Kalo; Chief Revenue and Operating Officer, Steven Schneider; Chief Product Officer, Ziv Kabareti and Chief Gemologist, Roy Albers. The team brings together their combined expertise in technology, engineering, product development, operations, marketing, luxury jewelry and client services to efficiently and effectively grow and enhance the Worthy marketplace experience.
