World's Largest Event Security Firm Provides Services for Remote Area Medical

NORTHRIDGE, Calif., April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Contemporary Services Corporation (CSC), the world's largest event security firm, will provide services for this year's Remote Area Medical (RAM) event, taking place at the Los Angeles Sports Arena April 27 – May 3. Founded in 1985 by Stan Brock, RAM is a non-profit volunteer organization that provides free healthcare, dental care, eye care, veterinary services, and technical and educational assistance to people in remote areas of the United States and the world. The free clinic at the Los Angeles Sports Arena will be one of the nation's largest, with hundreds of volunteers and thousands of wristbands issued for free medical, dental, and vision services.

CSC will be providing crowd management and security services throughout the event and will work closely with Los Angeles Sports Arena personnel. In addition to the many volunteers and people receiving services, there will also be a large media presence at the event and VIP appearances, including California First Lady Maria Shiver.  RAM will also be providing meals for the volunteers and those receiving services throughout the week.
