Alyson March, a compensation manager for the healthcare sector at Siemens, became the 100th professional to earn her CSCP designation. "Having partnered with business and HR to design a wide variety of compensation plans and programs, I know that the incentives and recognition fields are constantly evolving," said March, who has worked in the field for 15 years, previously holding compensation management positions with Zurich Life, marchFIRST and Aon. March is also a WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional and Global Remuneration Professional.
March is the 100th professional to pass the competency-based CSCP exam that tests mastery of strategic management of sales compensation including sales compensation plan design, administration and evaluation.
"The role of HR professionals in designing sales compensation plans continues to grow in many organizations, and the value of credentials has never been more important," said James Stoeckmann, a WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional and practice leader. "This certification demonstrates a commitment to staying on the leading edge of the profession."
WorldatWork certifications are administered through the WorldatWork Society, a certifying body that also administers the exams required for attaining the prestigious Certified Compensation Professional (CCP®), Certified Benefits Professional® (CBP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP®).
