World Tech Sigma, a Dubai-based venture capital firm, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Definitive Agreement with Zulubiz.com LLC. Following successful meetings in Hong Kong, World Tech Sigma is now the principal funding agent for Zulubiz.com. 

Zulubiz.com LLC has exclusive rights to a unique mobile marketing platform that connects consumers with businesses using mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. The platform allows businesses to quickly and inexpensively set up an online storefront that is mobile optimized, has e-commerce solutions and is optimized for search engines.
