Experts Will Discuss the Highly Controversial EU - U.S. Trade Deal and Why It Really Matters
WASHINGTON, May 23, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A panel discussion on Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) will be presented by the Turkish Heritage Organization (THO) at 4 pm on Tuesday, May 24, at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
Moderated by Prof. Carlos Vegh from the International Economics at Johns Hopkins University, the discussion will address TTIP's importance as an "economic NATO" to strengthen the bond between the U.S. and the EU.
Monica De Bolle is a nonresident Senior Fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics and the managing partner of Galanto | MBB Consultants. She is also the "Honored Economist" by the Order of Brazilian Economists.
