World Business Lenders Appoints Head of Retail Branch Management
NEW YORK, Feb. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- World Business Lenders (WBL), a lender to small businesses, announced that it appointed Alexander Weindling as Managing Director and Head of Retail Branch Management. Weindling will oversee WBL's growing retail branch network and develop WBL's ongoing retail strategy. Weindling will report to Alex Gemici, Head of the Retail Division.
Weindling, an accomplished executive, began his career with the management consulting firm of Temple Barker and Sloane, now a part of Oliver Wyman, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree with honors from Brown University. In the ensuing 25 years, he has founded and managed several global manufacturing and consumer oriented companies, with a high service component and multiple offices, branches or retail locations around the world.
As a Founder and the Chief Executive Officer of several closely held multi-national companies, Weindling has overseen billions of dollars in transactions and hundreds of staff around the world. Most recently, he was North American President and Global Managing Director of Georg Jensen, a firm headquartered in Denmark with approximately 100 branches globally.
