World and Main Completes Sale of Handy Hardware Unit to HDW

CRANBURY, N.J., Nov. 18, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- World and Main, LLC ("World and Main"), a leading provider of products, merchandising and distribution solutions in the home, hardware, and building supply categories, today announced the sale of its Handy Hardware unit ("Handy Hardware") to Hardware Distribution Warehouses, Inc. ("HDW").
