WorkWave Names Perry Pappas As Senior Vice President, General Counsel And Chief Compliance Officer
New hire complements WorkWave's highly regarded management team
NEPTUNE, N.J., March 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- WorkWave™ (www.workwave.com), a leading provider of cloud- based software solutions for field service management and "last mile" fleet management, today announced the appointment of Perry Pappas as its Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. As a member of WorkWave's senior management team, Mr. Pappas will be responsible for all legal and compliance aspects of WorkWave's rapidly expanding domestic and international operations.
Perry joins WorkWave with more than 25 years of legal experience, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, joint ventures, securities, commercial contracts, licensing, technology transactions, corporate governance, compliance and general corporate counsel. As outside general counsel, he has represented dozens of software, SaaS and other technology companies, and he served as vice president and general counsel at a growth stage technology company through its public offering.

Mr. Pappas holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Michigan State University, and a juris doctor degree from the University of Michigan. He began his legal career at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP and was most recently a partner in the firms of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP and Morrison Cohen LLP.
