Currently, the Newton facility has several open positions:

• EB Melter B, Hourly, Shift: 4th *

Operator for the Hydride and/or EB furnaces, and is able to operate the ABAR, GCA, AC furnaces and all other related melting equipment. Set up and operate milling equipment, roasting equipment and machining.

* 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and every other Monday.  12 hour shifts alternating 3 and 4 day work weeks.

• Forge & Press Operator, Hourly, Shift: 2nd        

Operate the 2000 ton hydraulic forge press and can operate the 1500 ton hydraulic bar press as needed. Handles all forging requirements for mill products, melting department, and blending materials as needed.

• Health Safety & Environmental Manager, Salary

Directs, coordinates and develops programs and procedures that ensure the site is in compliance with local, state, and Federal laws that govern health, safety and the environment.

• Production Control Planner, Salary, Shift: 1st      

Responsible for maintaining production plan for site or product; creates production orders and establishes lead times, coordinates capacity levels and movement of parts through production, and adjusts established production schedule as needed.
