Companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Insurance. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.
"We are so pleased to have received this recognition," said Melody Silberstein, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Woodruff-Sawyer. "Our employees are our most important asset, as such, Woodruff-Sawyer strives to provide the flexibility, benefits and resources for them to thrive inside and outside the workplace."
