Woodlands Financial Services Company Stock Dividend Announced
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa., Dec. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Woodlands Financial Services Company (the "Corporation") has declared a one hundred percent (100%) stock dividend which equates to one (1) additional share of common stock for every one (1) share of common stock outstanding to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2015 and payable on December 21, 2015. The Corporation is paying this one hundred percent (100%) stock dividend to reward the shareholders for the continued growth and profitability of the Corporation.
The Corporation had total assets of $371.7 million as of September 30, 2015. The Corporation earned $2.4 million or $3.15 per share for the first nine months of 2015.
Woodlands Financial Services Company is the parent bank holding company of Woodlands Bank.
