Woodcreek Closes on Large Tract Sale with D.R. Horton's DFW East Division
DALLAS, Jan. 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- SouthStar Woodcreek Developer, LLC, the developers of the Woodcreek community in the Rockwall-Fate area in east Dallas, announced the December sale and closing of approximately 272 acres of land to D.R. Horton, suitable for up to 897 new homes. The property is located at the intersection of Highway 66 and C.D. Borne Parkway.
D.R. Horton, Inc., based in Fort Worth, Texas, has been the largest builder in the United States by volume for twelve consecutive years and is also the largest builder in the DFW market.
