NEW YORK, April 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Women's Bond Club (WBC) honored Ernst & Young LLP Financial Services Organization Advisory managers Anne Ragusin and Akshata Udiavar Pulley as 2016 Rising Stars during the April 5, WBC Merit Award Dinner at the Museum of National History in New York City.
The WBC Rising Star honor is awarded to young women in the early stages of their careers with between five to eight years of industry experience who have demonstrated leadership qualities and who are also committed to be involved in a diverse and inclusive work environment. The recipients will also participate in an executive coaching program organized by the WBC.

Ragusin is a manager in the Information Technology Risk Advisory practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She has focused primarily on enterprise-risk management programs within the banking and insurance industries during her six-year career. She also has experience providing advisory services for regulatory compliance, vendor management, information security and internal audit. Ragusin has a B.S. in Business Information Systems and Management from Lehigh University and resides in New York City.

Udiavar Pulley is a manager in the Financial Services Risk Management practice of the firm. She has eight years of experience serving banking and capital market clients. She has diverse experience leading and supporting regulatory transformation initiatives for clients in front office, risk and treasury areas, including legal entity rationalization, resolution planning and securities regulations. She began her career in the Prime Brokerage division of Goldman Sachs. Udiavar Pulley has an MBA from Wake Forest University and resides in Charlotte, NC.
