With "Ready To Return," ReadyTalk Welcomes More Individuals Reentering The Workforce

DENVER, Aug. 31, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ReadyTalk, a leading provider of online conferencing and webinar services, today announced that it is accepting applications for its professional development and paid internship program tailored for individuals returning to work following two or more years off due to life circumstances. The program has been refreshed, improved and expanded, and is now known as Ready to Return. New elements of the returnship experience include formal mentors and more structure around rotations with certain ReadyTalk business teams.

"Whether coming back from maternity or paternity obligations, taking care of sick or elderly loved ones, military service, or other health and family circumstances, we want to ensure individuals are getting proper opportunities to re-immerse themselves in the workforce," said Courtney Graham, senior director of human resources, ReadyTalk. The four paid returnships that make up this year's Ready to Return group will start in late September and last 22 weeks into February 2017, with a holiday break. Both full-time and part-time positions are available in the engineering, marketing, sales and customer care career fields. Aside from relevant, hands-on job experience, specific benefits of the program include opportunities to shadow different departments at ReadyTalk, individual career coaching, networking, a resume workshop and transition assistance.
