Wireless Grids Corporation & IMT Global, which is owned by Sheik Saeed Al Maktoum Trade Company of the Royal Family of Dubai, Announce MOU Signed to Distribute WGC Software Solutions to the UAE Market
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Wireless Grids Corporation (WGC) and Integrated Medical Technologies Global (IMT), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today that allows IMT to distribute WGC's software solutions to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market. IMT Group has an exclusive direct distributor agreement with IMT Global, which is owned by Sheik Saeed Al Maktoum Trade Company of the Royal Family of Dubai.
WGC products, powered by WGC's proprietary Magic Mirror(TM) platform, enable communities of people and devices to dynamically interact and to share resources and content seamlessly with regard to hardware platform, operating systems, and file formats. WGC's grid solutions will be offered to multiple industry segments including Government, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Entertainment. It is anticipated that social grid applications customized to serve the needs of different user communities for content, hardware, and services sharing, will be developed collaboratively with regional partners. More information on partners and services will be released following the conclusion of a definitive agreement, expected by September 2010.
