Wireless Grids Corporation - RJE International Announce MOU Signed, to Design Market Trials of WGC Gridlet Solutions for Hotels and Gaming Loyalty Programs and Promotions.
AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Wireless Grids Corporation (WGC) and RJE International, located in the Seneca Nation of Indians Cattaraugus Territory, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today to undertake product trials of Wireless Grids Corporation's software products. Initial target markets for WGC and RJE include hotels and gaming loyalty programs and promotions.
WGC products powered by WGC's proprietary Magic Mirror™ platform enable communities of people and devices to dynamically interact. WGC gridlet solutions may enable RJE clients to manage and share information with Mobile Internet Devices, transforming hotel, gaming, and retail loyalty programs into dynamic social experiences, following the conclusion of a definitive agreement between the two firms. It is anticipated that social grid applications customized to serve the needs of different user communities for content, hardware, and services sharing, will be developed collaboratively. More information on partners and services will be released following the conclusion of a definitive agreement, expected by September, 2010.
